Not rare at all. BMW produced them for three years (2004-2006). IIRC, all E46 Ci's at that time were 'Sport' models. The 3-pedal is less common than the AUTO was and SAT/NAV was just an option. If it had 44k miles, you could call it rare for that reason only. Also, if it were a ZHP or M3, it would be less common. SOURCE: BMW X5 - 2005 Hi kuldipdhanja this sounds like it could be an internal fault with the video module or the sat nav drive, you could try discontecting the battery negative lead for 15 minutes to reset the control units, you will have to remove the spare wheel and unfasten the air compressor bracket to get to the battery, this fix may only be temporary but it is alot cheaper than.
